What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 15:00, while check-out is required by 12:00.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free before check-in or after check-out.
Is early check-in available?
Check-in prior to the standard check-in time is available upon availability at the time of check-in but is not guaranteed.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out may be possible by contacting our Reception and is subject to availability on the date of departure. (Be noticed that extra charges may apply.) A one-night room fee will be charged if you would like to stay later than 17:00. We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.
How late can reservations be canceled?
Cancellation can be made without penalty 2 days before check-in. However, cancellation terms could differ according to reservation conditions - please check at the time of reservation.
Do you have an early departure fee?
If you let us know before 24hours before your actual check-out date, there is no charge for the early check-out fee, However, if you are not let us know or less than 24hours before your actual check-out date, there is one-night charge will be added for the penalty.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.

Do your rooms have Internet access?
Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access are available in all of our guest rooms.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Guest rooms at the SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL MYEONG-DONG are all non-smoking rooms.
Can I bring in my own food or alcohol?
The guest can take their own food and alcohol, however, we do not accept the delivery service such as chicken, pizza, Etc.
Is extra bed available?
There is no extra bed.
Do children stay free of charge?
Children 6 years old and younger may stay free of charge in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
Is baby cot available?
Baby cot for infants under 2 years is available free of charge, upon prior request.
Do you have toothpaste and toothbrush in the room?
There are toothpaste and a toothbrush in the room.
Do you have a room with a computer?
There is no computer in the guest room, but computer use is available at the business corner, 17F. (free of charge)
Is it possible to cook in the room?
Cooking is not allowed in the room.
Can I take my dog to your hotel?
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our property has a strict 'No Pet' policy other than registered guide-dogs.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a connecting room. For adjoining room assignment, please request at the time of booking in advance and this will not be guaranteed subject to room availability.
Where is the restaurant for breakfast? (Operation hours/Breakfast menu)
Western and Asian buffet breakfast is available at our restaurant 'BST' located on the B1 from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Fitness center is located on the first basement.
